    Transpersonal Experiences

Have you ever experienced something beyond your “self”? Some of these experiences can include peak experiences, altered states of consciousness, spiritual emergencies, near death-experiences, encounters with the paranormal, mystical experiences, and anything that may not be recognised as objectively “real” in the Western tradition of psychotherapy. Therapy sessions can help and support individuals in integrating these experiences into a richer, more connected way of living.

    Trauma

PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) is a well-recognized condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing a deeply distressing or life-threatening event. C-PTSD (Complex PTSD), while not yet officially listed in the DSM-5, is recognized by the World Health Organization and many mental health professionals. It often develops after prolonged or repeated trauma, such as ongoing abuse, neglect, or captivity, and may include all the symptoms of PTSD along with challenges in self-esteem, emotional regulation, and relationships.

Therapy can be a powerful path toward healing. In a safe, supportive space, you can process your experiences, learn tools to manage symptoms, and rebuild trust—in yourself, in others, and in the world around you. With time, therapy can help you reclaim your sense of safety, restore self-worth, and reconnect with the life you want to live.

    Grief

Grief is a natural response to loss, whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or the loss of a dream for the future. It can bring waves of sadness, confusion, anger, or even numbness, and may affect every part of daily life.

Therapy offers a compassionate space to honor your loss, express your feelings without judgment, and navigate the many layers of grief. With support, you can find ways to cope, make meaning from your experience, and gently move toward a life that holds both the memory of what you’ve lost and the possibility of new beginnings.

    Relational Challenges

Relationships can bring connection, joy, and support—but they can also become sources of stress, misunderstanding, or conflict. Communication breakdowns, unresolved hurts, or patterns that keep repeating can leave you feeling stuck, unheard, or alone.

Therapy provides a safe, neutral space to explore these challenges, improve communication, and better understand yourself and others. With guidance, you can develop healthier patterns, strengthen trust, and create more fulfilling, authentic connections in your relationships.
